At Monkee Genes we believe your new jeans will fit you perfectly, but we do offer a full returns policy for your peace of mind. If for whatever reason you need to return the jeans please send them back to us at the following address: Monkee Genes Returns Road Clothing Ltd Asquith Studios Alport Lane Youlgrave Derbyshire DE45 1WN. Please include a cover note with your order stating the following: Your full name or the name you ordered with. You order number, and your invoice number (found on your despatch note). We do not offer exchanges, if you feel you would be better with a different size or colour, please place another order. Please try to return the jeans to us within 21 days of invoice date (email us if you need a longer period). Original postage costs are not refunded. Customers are accountable for all return postage costs. We recommend a recorded or signed for delivery service so the parcel is insured and trackable as goods are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive back to us. Please allow 3 - 5 days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed. The refund should show back in your account a few days after it has been processed. All refunds will be credited back to the payment method originally used to make the order. Any queries or questions with regards to your return please email jayne@monkeegenes.com. Condition of jeans: We can only accept returns of Monkee Genes when they are in perfect, as we sent them to you condition, which means: All labels are still attached (back pocket rider and banana tag). There are no signs of wear. They are unwashed. They are unmarked. The jeans must be clean- no hair, smell, no pet hair etc. Placed back in there original bag. If we feel the above rules have not been followed we may refuse the refund and send the goods back to you. Faulty goods: A refund for a returned faulty item is not guaranteed. If you believe your item to be faulty, please follow the above returns procedure but add to your covering note details of the defect. If we deem the jeans faulty we will refund your postage costs. If we believe the fault to have been caused by unfair wear and tear or improper use, we reserve our right to refuse the refund. In this case we will return the faulty goods back to you.
