If you would like to return your order, please post it back to us at the address at the top of the page and include your original order number (this will be on your despatch note that came with the jeans),  your name, address, phone number and email address. Also be sure to tell us what the problem is: we are happy to offer a refund or an exchange for a different size or style, please email matt@roadjeans.com with any questions or issues.

Please try to get jeans back to us within 7 days of your original order, and in the condition we sent them to you in.

We don’t cover return postage costs unless there is a fault with the item.

POSTAGE:

Delivery within the UK is free of charge, Ireland is £5. We ship to most countrys in the world: the charge will be calculated at checkout. If your country is not in the drop down menu please email matt@roadjeans.com and he will give you a shipping estimate.
